The report of the Statistics on Payments and Securities Trading, Clearing and Settlement should be submitted electronically via the Bundesbank ExtraNet in XML data exchange format. In order to allow a better overview of the individual items, the reports are made available as forms below.
If a reporting institution does not register relevant transactions for the purpose of payments statistics, the institution can submit a standardised negative report, which need to be submitted every year until the 31th of March. As soon as a relevant business is started, the reporting institution needs to submit a report immediately (i.e. by following the reporting period March 31st). The signed document can be submitted to the Deutsche Bundesbank via letter, fax or e-mail.
