The binding contents of the certification guidelines for the issuance of certificates and the Bundesbank’s security and certification concept for the live operation of the Certification Authority (CA) are provided in the form of a Certificate Policy (CP) and a Certification Practice Statement (CPS).

The structure of this document follows the template specified in the RFC 3647 standard.
