At the end of June 2022, the temporary acceptance of additional credit claims (ACC) as monetary policy collateral at Deutsche Bundesbank was terminated. By 30 June 2022, the final obligation to submit the quarterly binding assurance in respect to the existence of the assigned ACC to the Bundesbank will expire. For the reporting year 2022, the annual report of the external auditor concerning the outcome of the audit in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions/BBk Section V No 11 (1) must be submitted accordingly, provided that additional credit claims were submitted in MACCs during the relevant reporting period.
