Students' book for secondary schools

We deal with money every day. But what is money? How much money do I have and how can I pay with it? And who is actually responsible for the money?

These and other questions are answered in this student book. It shows the possibilities how to pay with money, how to save it or how to borrow it. It explains who is responsible for the money and how to ensure that it retains its value. The student book "Understanding Money" is designed directly for use in lower secondary education.

Work and teacher's bookletThe student book is accompanied by a workbook with worksheets that are directly adapted to the chapters of the student book. For teachers there is a separate didactic manual (teacher's booklet). All materials are also available online in pdf format.The Bundesbank provides the pupils' book and the accompanying booklets free of charge. They can be ordered individually or as a class set on the Deutsche Bundesbank website.
